Solid Carbon, Carbon / Glass “Hybrid”, veneer and Sandwich sheets

We can offer a large range of composite flat sheet, all manufactured in our autoclave facility from pre-preg epoxy materials.

• Carbon Flat Sheet, this is the strongest and stiffest flat plate available. Manufactured from 100% carbon epoxy pre-preg materials.

• Carbon Hybrid Sheet, our most cost effect carbon flat plate. Manufactured with carbon fibre outer layers top and bottom, but with a pre-preg glass core to produce a sheet 80-90% the stiffness and strength of carbon sheet.

• Veneers, we offer two thickness’ of flexible carbon veneer. Manuafctured from a single layer of pre-preg carbon.

• Carbon Fibre Sandwich, the ideal solution for ultra light weigh, ultra stiff flat sheet.

All of the materials used to manufacture our flat plates are specifically engineered pre-preg materials meeting the most exact standards of weave pattern, strength and stiffness. Our 0.25mm plate is a very flexible, light weight sheet which is 100% void and pinhole free, ideal for covering anything. The 4mm sheet is a high strength, attractive rigid flat plate ideal for any structural application. Its chemical and heat resistant properties make it ideal for even the most extreme environments.

All plates are manufactured with attractive high gloss, pinhole free woven layer on both outside faces with a balanced laminate schedule, making it 100% stable irrelevant of how it is cut.

We can offer the product cut to standard sizes shown on the price list, or cut to custom sizes, please contact us. The sheets are easily cut using standard a standard jigsaw with a ceramic blade. The sheets or cut shapes can be sanded and fastened easily to other surfaces or together using any epoxy or resin adhesive to form light weight, extremely stiff structures. Please note carbon dust can be harmful.
