High Gloss Carbon Fibre Veneer sheet

We are pleased to offer our High Gloss 0.25mm thick Carbon Fibre Veneer Sheet. Available in 1000mm x 1000mm or 2000mm x 1000mm sheets. Our veneer is supplied with a high gloss carbon finished on one side and a smooth, non glos finish on the other, ideal for contact adhesive or tapes. We can also supply it with a peel ply finish, ideal for resin bonding onto surface such as wood.

Veneer is either 0.2 or 0.4mm thick. 0.2mm is a single layer of cured carbon pre-preg, making it very flexible and easy to cut with normal scissors, it can bend around radius as small as 10mm.

We manufacture the veneer in sheets 2000mm x 1000mm.

All of the materials used to manufacture our veneer sheet are specifically engineered pre-preg carbon epoxy materials meeting the most exact standards of weave pattern, strength and stiffness. Our 0.25mm veneer sheet is a very flexible, light weight sheet which is 100% void and pinhole free, ideal for covering anything. The toughened epoxy resin used is suitable for internal or external use.
